Friendly Fowl

We ask you to please not feed the ducks or the geese. We do not want to encourage the friendly fowl to hang around. They need to maintain their natural ability to find their own food and not become unwelcome beggars.

EFT/ACH Payment

We are pleased to announce an EFT/ACH PROGRAM. With EFT/ACH your monthly rent payment is electronically withdrawn from your bank account on the first day of the month. You will not need to worry about writing and mailing your rent check on the first day of each month. If you are interested in this service, you may pick up a form at the Property Manager's Office, located on site at 8601 Westlake Drive, or contact Cheryl and she will e-mail a form to you.
